Get Ready for the 21 Day Challenge

September 22, 2025

A few weeks ago someone in my household (who will remain nameless) challenged the family to a month long sugar fast.  Now here’s the thing: besides my steady diet of pears, apples, and edamame, I also eat a ton of sugar.  We’re talking like a sleeve of cookies each day, and then there’s the multiple times a week that I stop for doughnuts after dropping off the girls at school.  So naturally, I felt targeted…

But I joined anyway—for three reasons:

  1. Conviction. I’d been thinking about my health and wanted to push myself.
  2. Curiosity. Would I really feel more energy? Sleep better? Be sharper?
  3. Community. I loved that we were doing it together. This turned out to be the most enjoyable part of the experience for me.

(Full disclosure: we eventually shifted from “no sugar at all” to “less sugar”… which I wish I’d known before tossing my stash of Rice Krispie treats.)

Those same three principles: conviction, curiosity, and community are exactly what make a challenge worth doing. And they’re the heart of what we’ve built into the 21 Day Challenge for Managers launching this fall.  So, as you prepare to finish the year strong, consider the following:

Conviction:

What’s keeping you up at night as a manager? What do you need to change before the year ends?

Curiosity:

How are you looking to grow?  What skills or habits do you want to sharpen to level up your leadership?

Community:

Who do you want to grow with, and who’s holding you accountable?

That’s what this 21 Day Challenge is all about—finishing the year strong, upping your game as a manager, and becoming the kind of leader every company wants to keep. You’ll get your own personalized coach with BremAI, daily practice, and a community to grow alongside.

Stay tuned for the launch of the challenge. And if you haven’t yet, take a few minutes to prep by completing these two quick quizzes:

With better training and sharper habits, you won’t just finish this year strong, you’ll set yourself up to be a highly sought-after manager in the year ahead.
